A Force For Business – service leavers and small business – Policy report by FSB and XFE

As FSB Armed Forces Champion for Small Business I am delighted that X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) has been able to share our insight as the UK’s largest provider of support for the military in business with this joint policy report and recommendations.

XFE has supported over 1400 service-leavers to put their highly valuable skills into establishing their own businesses. As this report shows, even more can be done to ensure that talents established during service, that are in high demand in today’s world, are not lost to enterprise and society as a whole. XFE will continue to be at the forefront of this support.
