When Berkshire’s Cadets Took Centre Stage

Last week was just one of those really special afternoons.

The team at X-Forces have put together this lovely little video and it made me smile all over again watching it.

It was such a joy to welcome cadets from across Berkshire to Windsor Castle, not to be standing in the background as they so often do at our events, but to be our VIPs. Seeing them chatting, laughing, making new friends across the different cadet services and simply enjoying being celebrated was exactly what I had hoped for.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the afternoon so memorable, especially our brilliant adult volunteers who give so much of their own time to support these amazing young people.
